Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. PRI Global is seeking an experienced Network Deployment and Operations Engineer to join their Network Deployment & Support team. The role involves providing technical and operational leadership for large-scale IP or Optical network deployments, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery while managing vendor relationships and collaborating closely with various teams.
- Responsibilities
- Provide technical and operational leadership for large-scale IP or Optical network deployments, ensuring projects are delivered on time and with high quality
- Lead cross-functional technical discussions to identify solutions, mitigate risks, and drive innovation
- Build and execute end-to-end deployment programs ā scope, schedules, and resource planning
- Define and track KPIs such as deployment speed, quality, efficiency, and SLA performance
- Manage vendor and partner relationships, ensuring accountability and service excellence
- Collaborate closely with Data Center, Network Engineering, and Operations teams for seamless project execution
- Deliver clear reporting and insights to senior leadership on performance, risks, and opportunities
- Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in IP or Optical network deployment, with strong exposure to operations and program management
- Proven success delivering network infrastructure projects on time and at high quality
- Deep understanding of IP networking protocols, architectures, and technologies
- Strong program management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making
