The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Rubin & Rothman, LLC is a Suffolk County plaintiff creditor's rights law firm seeking a litigation associate based in New Jersey. The attorney will actively litigate cases, attend court appearances, manage a caseload, and develop litigation strategies to lead matters to resolution. Responsibilities Daily court appearances both in-person and virtual for conferences, motions and other matters on the courts’ calendars Responsible for managing a caseload and assignments of litigated and non-litigated claims Develop and implement litigation strategy, review and approve pleadings, discovery, motion practice, settlement agreements and other hands-on drafting related to the firm’s practice Work directly with firm senior management and firm clients to lead matters to positive resolution Partner with firm paralegal and support staff in producing and responding to legal demands Skills J.D.
from an ABA accredited law school Admitted to and in good standing with NJ bar Self-directed professional with attention to detail and ability to manage workload and prioritize appropriately
