Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Breezeway is an award-winning property operations and experience platform that helps coordinate and verify work at properties. They are seeking an Onboarding Specialist to support Spanish-speaking clients, manage their onboarding experience, and collaborate with various teams to ensure successful implementation of client accounts. Responsibilities β’ Work collaboratively with Sales and Client Experience teams to ensure the efficient implementation of new client accounts, ensuring synchronization across departments. β’ Manage the clientβs experience by conducting training sessions to educate the client on best practices to succeed using Breezeway. β’ Actively monitor and manage the onboarding health across new client implementations, ensuring that all timelines and milestones are consistently met. β’ Ensure adherence to best practices by performing quality assurance through reviewing recordings and documentation of client interactions. β’ Proactively create, coordinate, and implement new ideas to improve the onboarding process. β’ Contribute to a positive team environment of collaboration, customer empathy, equality, and inclusion. β’ Troubleshoot client issues to resolution or escalate to the appropriate resource. β’ Educate clients on how to leverage our tools to simplify their complex workflows. β’ Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Product to turn valuable client feedback into practical product improvements. β’ Develop domain expertise in property care and a deep understanding of client needs. Skills β’ Fluency in Spanish and English β’ Ability to work PST hours β’ 2+ years of relevant experience in implementation or project management β’ Experience in Technology or SaaS company β’ Proven track record for creative problem-solving for clients β’ Able to navigate CRM software and web-based tools effectively β’ A strong understanding of Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, and quick-to-learn technology integrations β’ A strong understanding of Excel, with expert proficiency in conditional formatting, VLOOKUP, using shortcuts and formula functions, and sorting and filtering data β’ Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment β’ Proven track record of creative problem-solving and attention to detail β’ Adaptable and flexible in response to change β’ Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills β’ Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks β’ You contribute to a positive team environment of collaboration, customer empathy, equality, and inclusion Company Overview β’ Breezeway is a property care and services platform designed to reduce the headaches of property management.
