The Role We are looking for a problem solver for a part-time engagement that can grow to full-time if the fit is right. This role is for someone who looks at an organization and instinctively sees what technology pieces could make it run more efficiently. You will diagnose operational challenges, design practical solutions, and use AI and automation to build systems that scale. You will be a trusted thought partner to senior leadership and the person we turn to when a complex situation needs a clear plan. Hours are flexible and can be shaped around your schedule within Eastern Time business hours. This is a hands-on, senior-level engagement — the right candidate likely already runs their own consulting practice, works independently, or is selectively choosing part-time work that offers substantive impact over headcount. What You'll Do • Assess how the organization currently functions and identify where technology, automation, or AI can close gaps and eliminate friction. • Own the onboarding experience for new clients and new employees — design it, run it, and make sure it works consistently. • Develop and implement an AI and automation roadmap across administrative and clinical operations. • Design and maintain scalable workflows for documentation and compliance. • Evaluate and deploy tools that make the organization faster, leaner, and more effective. • Provide strategic execution support to senior leadership. • Contribute to strategic initiatives as assigned. What We're Looking For • A track record of diagnosing operational problems and shipping practical solutions. • 5+ years of experience in operations, strategy, chief-of-staff, or similar roles. • Hands-on fluency with AI tools and workflow automation platforms (Zapier, Make, Power Automate, n8n, or equivalent). • Strong analytical instincts and comfort with data. • Exceptional written communication. • Comfort operating independently, managing your own time, and delivering outcomes without close supervision. Nice to Have • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or a multi-state services business. • Familiarity with practice management systems and HIPAA compliance. • Light scripting ability (Python, JavaScript, SQL). • Experience supporting senior executives. • Additional language skills. This is a remote position.
