- Responsibilities and Duties:
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and insights that will optimize operations within the supply chain domain
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance business processes
- Utilize SAP, HANA, and SQL to create reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for decision-making
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to drive operational efficiency
- Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track the success of operational initiatives
- Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on operations
- Proficiency in SAP, HANA, SQL, and other data analysis tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
