The Executive Operations Coordinator, PRN will provide high-level administrative and operational support across the Adult Behavioral Health department, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and quality in service delivery. Responsibilities β€’ Coordinate daily operations and administrative functions for the Adult Behavioral Health leadership team. β€’ Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and communications to ensure department efficiency. β€’ Support project management by tracking deadlines, action items, and deliverables across the division. β€’ Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for senior leadership review. β€’ Serve as a central point of contact between leadership, staff, and internal departments to streamline workflows.
