Resend is a modern email sending platform for developers, and they are seeking an Operations Generalist to help manage and streamline their operational processes. This role involves documenting and automating processes, managing logistics and vendor relationships, and coordinating various projects as the company scales. Responsibilities Document and automate internal processes Manage travel logistics, budgets, and expense workflows Manager vendor relationships, renewals, and procurement Coordinate projects that don't have a natural home on any single team Plan and execute company events (offsites, build weeks, and Resend Conf) Handle administrative tasks, from contracts to shipments to onboarding logistics Skills Have managed events end-to-end Have experience managing external stakeholders Have a innate ability to simplifying complexity Thrive in ambiguity and create order from chaos Have experience in Ops, Finance, or Event Planning Have a default to action mindset with a close attention to detail Ready to be the face of the company to new employees, candidates, or vendors Have worked in operations at a fast-growing, remote-first startup Have planned international events or offsites for distributed teams Benefits 100% remote with flexible working schedules No-meeting Wednesdays across the whole company Twice-yearly team offsites (Florence, Barcelona, Lisbon, Cancun, Rio) Work directly with founders and a small, low-ego team building something truly special Company Overview Resend is an email API for developers.
