The Optimal Blue Specialist will maintain the product and pricing engine, support branch margins, and respond to inquiries while ensuring efficient loan locking and pricing scenarios. Responsibilities In conjunction with the Optimal Blue team, maintain the product and pricing engine Daily support of Branch Margins within the pricing engine Pricing/confirming loans Responding to phone and email questions effectively Locking loans with multiple lenders and loan officers Simple addition and subtraction of lock pricing in basis points (bps) Provide support to structure pricing scenarios and update investor guidelines Maintain relationships with other departments to foster continuity and collaboration Run pricing scenarios Ad-hoc reporting and analysis Data entry with speed, efficiency, and accuracy Skills Knowledge of the mortgage market basics Experience with Optimal Blue, Encompass and PC skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, and LOS systems) Ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment Must be able to work independently and research problems/questions as required Maintain professionalism across all interactions Benefits Eligibility to participate in a company-sponsored 401(k) Vacation benefits Eligibility for medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug benefits Flexible benefits (e.g., healthcare and/or dependent day care flexible spending accounts) Life insurance and death benefits Critical care insurance Personal accidental insurance Commuter benefits Pet insurance Certain time off and leave of absence benefits Well-being benefits (e.g., employee assistance program) Other supplemental benefits (e.g.
