Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Planning Consultant with strong expertise in implementing and supporting Oracle Planning solutions (Oracle Cloud or Oracle EBS). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of planning processes across supply chain, demand, production, and inventory management, along with strong business acumen and client-facing skills.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Lead and support the implementation of Oracle Planning modules such as:
- Oracle Supply Planning
- Oracle Demand Planning
- Oracle Production Planning / ASCP
- Oracle Inventory Planning (as applicable)
- Configure Oracle Planning modules to align with business needs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure proper integration with other Oracle modules (e.g., Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing).
- Conduct CRPs, SIT, UAT, training, and go-live support.
- Develop functional documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to planning data, forecasts, constraints, and supply-demand balancing.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience with Oracle Planning modules (Cloud or EBS).
- Strong functional knowledge in end-to-end planning processes: demand planning, supply planning, MRP, ATP, constraint-based planning, etc.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion SCM (if Cloud role) or ASCP (if EBS).
- Ability to gather and document requirements, create BRDs/FRDs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
