new Oracle HCM Technology partnership. The team is bringing on additional functional configuration experts to help stabilize the environment after a Deloitte-led implementation that resulted in 70+ non-functional Fast Formulas and multiple incomplete configurations.
This position is 100% functional—no development work. The specialist will work closely with Oracle, business partners, and internal teams to understand features, modules, and options, and determine what is possible through functional configuration.
- You will focus heavily on:
- Configuration changes
- Troubleshooting remaining post–go-live issues
- Enhancing and optimizing Oracle HCM Cloud modules
- Supporting ongoing hypercare and continuous improvement
- Primary Modules Needed (Openings)
- Payroll (1)
- OIC, Integrations, and Fast Formulas (1)
- Time, Labor, and Absence (2)
- ORC – Recruiting & Recruiting Boost (Boost highly preferred) (1)
- RMC – Security & Risk Management (1)
Must-Have Experience
Candidates must have strong hands-on functional configuration experience in:
- Core Requirements
- Oracle HCM Core (Required)
- Compensation (Required)
- Redwood UX
- Journeys
- Transaction Workflows
- Understanding of workforce modeling
- Ability to partner with the business to explain what is functionally possible
- Strong background configuring Oracle Cloud—not development or coding
- Role Expectations
- Perform functional configuration across Oracle HCM modules
- Review and correct previously misconfigured components from the initial implementation
- Triage and complete remaining Fast Formula issues
- Partner with Oracle support and internal teams to resolve defects
- Identify opportunities for optimization within existing processes
- Engage cross-functionally with business stakeholders to define requirements
- Ensure configuration follows Oracle best practices
- Support post–go-live enhancements and stabilization work
- Qualifications
- 5+ years Oracle HCM Cloud functional configuration experience
- Experience in large, complex enterprise environments
- Ability to work independently and manage workload in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills for supporting both Oracle and business stakeholders
- Must live in OH, PA, WV, MD, or NJ
