The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Apetan Consulting LLC is seeking an Oracle SaaS Administrator to manage and maintain Oracle's cloud-based applications. The role involves ensuring the organization’s Oracle SaaS environments are secure, stable, and optimized for business operations while providing technical expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, BI Publisher, and SQL. Responsibilities • Manage and maintain Oracles cloud-based applications • Ensure that the organization’s Oracle SaaS environments are secure, stable, and optimized for business operations • Manage all environments (Test, Prod, Dev) • Schedule and manage refreshes (with and without data masking for training) and tracking spreadsheets to ensure all environments (Test, Dev2, etc.) are refreshed on schedule • Manage user access • Review and advise quarterly patches • Execute our manual "post-refresh steps" for Oracle environments • Create, modify, and fix reports (specifically RTF templates) that connect directly to Oracle data • Understanding, modifying, troubleshooting SQL queries that power Oracle's data catalogs and reports • Handling technical incidents that require investigation into the Oracle backend (e.g., PO tax rate discrepancies) • Attending Oracle Customer Connect sessions on behalf of the team (e.g., "Fusion Application Identity Upgrade") • Designing and delivering custom reports using Oracle BI Publisher • Building data models and SQL queries • Designing report templates (RTF, Excel) • Integrating reports with Oracle ERP • Optimizing report performance • Managing user roles and security • Configuring application settings and workflows • Monitoring system performance • Handling patches and updates Skills • LinkedIn with a picture • At least 8 years of total IT experience and 5 years with recent experience in Oracle Fusion ERP • Expertise with Oracle BI Publisher • Expertise with Oracle Reports, Data Catalogs • Strong technical expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure • Excellent problem-solving and customer interfacing skills • SaaS admin for OCI • Manage all environments (Test, Prod, Dev) • Schedule and manage refreshes (with and without data masking for training) and tracking spreadsheets to ensure all environments (Test, Dev2, etc.) are refreshed on schedule • Manage user access • Review and advise quarterly patches • Execute our manual 'post-refresh steps' for Oracle environments • Knowledge of the 'Oracle BI Publisher' plugin for bolthires Word and Excel • Create, modify, and fix reports (specifically RTF templates) that connect directly to Oracle data • Knowledge of the Oracle Fusion ERP, EPM, PPM table structures • Understanding, modifying, troubleshooting SQL queries that power Oracle's data catalogs and reports • Handling technical incidents that require investigation into the Oracle backend (e.g., PO tax rate discrepancies) • Attending Oracle Customer Connect sessions on behalf of the team (e.g., 'Fusion Application Identity Upgrade') • SQL, PL/SQL • BI Publisher tools • XML, RTF templates • Oracle ERP knowledge • Oracle Cloud SaaS platform expertise • Security and role management • Functional configuration • Basic troubleshooting • Prefer at least 5 years with recent experience in Oracle Fusion ERP Company Overview • We are a prominent executive search & selection company, providing a wide range of recruitment solutions for various requirements.
