They are seeking an Estate Planning Specialist I to assist in document preparation and management related to estate planning in a team-centric environment. Responsibilities Reviewing and preparing deeds, assignments, and other funding documents Working with county recorders to ensure deeds and supporting documents are properly filed and fees are accurate Managing workflows and processes related to funding, and related tasks Assisting in the creation of entities, including preparation of formation documents and filings Preparing summaries of existing estate plans Support creation of estate planning documents, including trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives, and entering data into legal document software Other duties, as assigned Skills Paralegal Certificate required Knowledge of WealthDocs required Focused on proactive follow-up and follow-through Excellent organization, time management, proofreading, and word processing skills Adaptable and able to maintain confidentiality with all matters Have a 'can do' positive attitude while working well as part of a large team Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic environment Benefits Company Paid Basic Life & AD&D Insurance Company Paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance Supplemental Life & AD&D Short-Term Disability; Accident; Critical Illness; and Hospital Indemnity Insurance Three Cigna medical plans offerings including two High Deductible Health Plans and a Traditional Co-Pay medical plan.
