Zebra Technologies is a global leader in enterprise asset intelligence, providing innovative solutions that empower businesses to achieve a performance edge. They are seeking a Part Time Client Support Specialist to assist in the operational support of its football clients, providing remote technical support for Zebra's player tracking system during practices.
Responsibilities
- Participate in practice and venue system monitoring, problem resolution, and practice support
- Perform data analysis tasks using Zebra internal tools to execute live and post data audits
- Monitor internal Zebra platform for 100% up-time for use by client teams
- Cross-functionally interact with Zebra engineering to troubleshoot real-time system, performance, and data issues till resolution
- Client-facing and support with member football clubs for data and system issues till completion
- Support practice projects and workflows from start to finish
- Opportunities for data analysis and research or other opportunities to support Zebra Sports Operations (if interested)
Skills
- Possess or currently working on bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of experience working in a sports environment or working toward a degree in sports management or sports analytics - with strong interest or experience in football
- Ability to maintain professionalism in high intensity and real-time environments
- Proficient computer system and application skills
- Flexible schedule needed, able to work weekend hours and holidays as required
- Must be able to work up to 15 hours per week
- Excellent verbal, organizational, and written communication skills
- Problem analysis and resolution skills
