Job Description
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. LTVplus is a global remote team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. They are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support data operations, reporting, and contract review, ensuring data accuracy and identifying trends.
- Responsibilities
- Perform trend analysis to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities
- Analyze and interpret contracts to ensure alignment with reporting and operational data
- Conduct data analysis to support business and operational decisions
- Manage and track work orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Assist the CCR team with preparing, reviewing, and cleaning monthly reports generated between the 1st and 15th of each month
- Clean and validate data to ensure consistency across reports
- Perform quality checks on reports prior to submission
- Review trends and contracts to support accurate insights and reporting outcomes
- Skills
- Minimum two years of recent experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Working knowledge of Sigma
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy
- Ability to work well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
- Familiarity with data analysis, reporting, and trend identification
- Comfortable reviewing contracts and understanding operational requirements
- Experience in engineering or solar power environments is highly preferred
- Background in engineering or solar power is strongly preferred
- An idea of renewable energy
