Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
- Act as the first point of contact for Amazon customers and resolve their inquiries and issues efficiently.
- Ensure customer problems are resolved with a one-call resolution approach.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers.
- Assist customers with navigating Amazon's website and mobile applications.
- Document customer interactions with accuracy.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong typing and computer navigation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Self-discipline and the ability to work independently.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
