Authorized Lending is seeking a Part-Time Mortgage Credit Assistant who will play a crucial role in guiding borrowers through the loan approval process. The role involves reviewing credit reports, executing approval strategies, and maintaining communication with clients to ensure they stay on track during the loan process. Responsibilities Reviewing credit reports and helping execute approval strategies Following up with clients to keep them on track (this is part accountability, part coaching) Communicating clearly via text, email, and video updates Managing pipeline and workflows inside CRM (Go High Level) Skills Understanding how loans actually get approved β not just processed Availability during peak hours of 3pmβ8pm (MT) Understanding how credit reports impact AUS (DU/LP) decisions Knowledge of what actually blocks loan approvals (not just 'bad credit') Familiarity with collections, charge-offs, utilization, lates β and how to handle them Understanding the loan process from application to approval Experience in reviewing credit reports and helping execute approval strategies Ability to follow up with clients to keep them on track (part accountability, part coaching) Clear communication via text, email, and video updates Experience managing pipeline and workflows inside CRM (Go High Level) Background as a Loan Processor, LOA, or credit specialist Comfortable talking through scenarios and thinking outside the box Ability to guide clients β not just take instructions Experience with Go High Level (GHL) Tech-savvy and fast with new systems Comfortable recording Loom-style videos Bilingual (English/Spanish) Benefits Performance/commission upside available Company Overview Authorized Lending stands out as a frontrunner in the consumer finance sector, showcasing an unmatched approach to lending.
