Responsibilities • Develop deeper roots across established markets alongside developing new markets • Build a Contract practice of your own • Grow out a 20-head division • Use their model, methodologies and resources to build an entirely new unit Skills • EXECUTIVE SEARCH / RECRUITMENT AGENCY EXPERIENCE • 5 Years+ Exec Search experience • Retained experience / Origination focused • Strong Billing background; $1million+ annual billings Benefits • Real-return equity options (ESOP) • Health/Dental/Vision and 401k • Option to Work Fully
