They are seeking a Partner Marketing Lead to develop and manage relationships with business partners, creating comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Responsibilities β’ Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy, plan, and program architecture, supporting each partnershipβs business priorities, with the goal of delivering the best marketing performance for both partner and CBTS/OnX β’ Lead the execution of integrated partner marketing campaigns, collaborating with internal stakeholders across Brand, PR, Social, Sales, and more β’ Spearhead participation in major partner events, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with partner marketing goals β’ Define content strategy for partner marketing campaigns β’ Work with growth marketing team members to ensure messaging, positioning, and marketing efforts are aligned with partner priorities where relevant β’ Track and measure the success of partner marketing initiatives to demonstrate marketing impact β’ Own and manage budget allocation of Marketing Development Funds related to partner marketing activity Skills β’ Written + verbal communication β’ Project management β’ Strategy β’ Partner Marketing β’ Technology Marketing β’ Campaign / Event Management β’ MDF understanding Company Overview β’ CBTS provides end-to-end IT and communications solutions that allow businesses to improve efficiency, enable innovation, and mitigate risk.
