Anton Rädler GmbH is a dynamic business incubator and micro venture capital firm focused on investing in small service-based businesses, particularly in the real estate sector. They are seeking a Partnership Executive to identify and acquire new business investment partnerships through a focused inside sales approach, helping real estate agents scale their personal production and teams.
Responsibilities
- Qualify potential business candidates and provide a detailed, personal explanation of our unique investment model
- Actively reach out, present our services, and engage in compelling conversations to identify ideal partners
- Drive and advocate for the success of partners acquired through sales efforts
- Build and manage a book of clients by providing advisory services and coaching agents to maximize their business success
- Recruit, train, and mentor other Partnership Executives within your business division
