They are seeking a Patient Access Clinical Outreach Specialist to manage candidate pipelines, engage patients, and support them throughout their Intracept journey. Responsibilities Manage a pipeline of candidates through daily outbound calls to engage, educate, and support patients on their Intracept journey Update CRM systems by documenting outreach engagement details and outcomes Articulate products clearly and concisely over the phone, adapting conversations based on patient needs Answer patient questions, handle objections, and provide additional information as needed Maintain regular communications with the department team to stay updated on market developments Skills Experience in a patient-facing clinical role; pain management or spine preferred Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication Ability to work independently and effectively within a team Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask Experience using CRM systems; Salesforce is a plus Associate's degree or certification/licensure in a healthcare-related field Clinical experience in pain management or surgical spine settings preferred Benefits Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Work remotely from anywhere within the United States Supportive and collaborative work environment Chance to make a positive impact on patient care and chronic pain management Company Overview
