Overview
We’re looking for compassionate, motivated individuals to join our remote Patient Engagement Coordinator team here at Perfecting Peds. You’ll be the first point of contact, cold-calling families identified by their health plan, helping them understand our services and scheduling their first telehealth appointment.

Make outbound calls (cold calling) to families provided by our contracted health plans
Explain our services and schedule initial telehealth appointments
Communicate with empathy, patience, and professionalism
Accurately document all interactions in various internal systems
Attend virtual training sessions and team meetings as needed

Experience in patient outreach, call centers, scheduling, pharmacy tech, front desk, or healthcare navigation
Lived experience as a caregiver for a child or loved one with complex medical needs

Reliable internet and a quiet, private home workspace
Availability for at least 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Comfortable making outbound phone calls to people all day long
Organized and detail-oriented

$20/hour base pay
Uncapped commissions for completed appointments ($2/appt)
All equipment provided (laptop, monitor)
Clock in / clock out model — you’re only paid for the hours you work
