As a Payment Specialist, you will ensure accurate and timely posting of payments, analyze payment activity, and contribute to efficient revenue cycle operations. Responsibilities Apply payments and contractual adjustments accurately and in accordance with departmental procedures Process patient and insurance refunds for overpayments Identify payer trends and communicate findings to leadership Review contracts, analyze per‑diem vs.
