Horizon3.ai is a fast-growing, remote cybersecurity company focused on enabling organizations to proactively identify and address security vulnerabilities. They are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to assist with global payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely payroll administration while providing excellent customer service to employees. Responsibilities Assist in processing payroll on a regular schedule for our U.S. and International employees Serve as the first point of contact for employee payroll inquiries (paychecks, taxes, deductions, direct deposit, etc.) Provide high-quality customer service and timely issue resolution Review and audit payroll data for accuracy (hours worked, pay rates, deductions) Support onboarding and offboarding payroll-related tasks Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data integrity within HRIS/payroll systems Assist with payroll adjustments, corrections, and off-cycle payments as needed Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations Partner with HR and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies Support year-end processes (e.g., W-2 distribution) Skills 1–3 years of customer service experience Basic knowledge of payroll processes and terminology (taxes, deductions, garnishments, etc.) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Business, or related field Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn software and computer programs quickly highly preferred Benefits Health, vision & dental insurance for you and your family Flexible vacation policy Generous parental leave Equity package in the form of stock options Company Overview Horizon3.ai offers an autonomous penetration testing platform that helps organizations proactively find and fix security vulnerabilities.
