In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage Workday projects while coaching junior consultants. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and provide strategic guidance for clients' payroll systems. Your expertise will be critical in shaping project scope and design commitments, ensuring that all areas work collaboratively towards successful outcomes. You will also be a key player in contributing to internal projects, thereby influencing the broader business strategies of our partner.
- Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of Workday payroll projects.
- Coach junior consultants and assist in their professional development.
- Collaborate with project managers to define project scopes.
- Develop solutions to address planning challenges.
- Manage budgetary accountability for projects.
- Serve as the Area Architect for specific project components.
- Deliver difficult messages with professionalism and clarity.
- Requirements
- 5+ years of Workday experience or 5-8 years in the industry.
- Prior consulting experience is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to coach and mentor junior staff.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
