This role involves ensuring accurate compensation and compliance with payroll regulations while coordinating with HR and Finance. Responsibilities • Manage bi-weekly payroll processing using ADP • Ensure accurate compensation, deductions, and reimbursements (including health insurance reimbursements through payroll) • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with payroll regulations • Coordinate with HR and Finance to support payroll-related transitions • Assist with basic payroll reporting and documentation • Support onboarding/offboarding payroll setup as needed Skills • Experience with ADP or similar payroll platforms • Strong attention to detail and time sensitivity • Ability to work independently and prioritize payroll deadlines • Familiarity with payroll compliance and basic benefits processing • Excellent communication and organizational skills Benefits • Health insurance reimbursements through payroll Company Overview • VDart specializes in providing IT staffing solutions.
