Restoration Medicine is a fast‑growing, mission‑driven virtual care company rooted in Maine and affiliated with the Roux Institute in Portland. We deliver comprehensive, multidisciplinary pelvic health care to patients navigating complex bladder, bowel, pain, and functional conditions.

As we continue to grow our clinical network in Maine, we’re seeking a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist to join our team in a part‑time, training‑focused role with the opportunity to transition to full‑time as the practice expands.

    As a Physical Therapist at Restoration Medicine, you will:
  • Provide virtual pelvic health evaluations and treatment for patients with bladder, bowel, pain, and function‑related conditions
  • Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, physicians, nurse navigators, and operations)
  • Deliver care aligned with Restoration Medicine’s clinical standards, care pathways, and documentation systems
  • Use technology to support accurate, efficient, and patient‑friendly documentation
  • Contribute clinical feedback to leadership, product, and medical teams to help refine care delivery
  • Optionally participate in education, marketing, and community initiatives that support our mission
    Required Qualifications
  • Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active, unrestricted Maine Physical Therapy license
  • Advanced training or certification in pelvic health (PRPC, CAPP‑Pelvic, or equivalent)
  • Strong foundation in evidence‑based pelvic health rehabilitation
    Clinical & Professional Attributes
  • Comfortable and confident delivering care in a virtual setting
  • Passionate about patient‑centered, outcomes‑driven care
  • Enjoys working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail‑oriented, adaptable, and comfortable learning new systems
  • Tech‑savvy (Zoom, telehealth platforms, and online documentation)
  • Interest in innovation and improving healthcare delivery models
    Availability
  • Flexible scheduling preferred
  • Evening availability is a plus
