Penn State University is seeking Admissions Representatives for Dickinson Law to represent the institution at various recruiting events. The role involves communicating with prospective candidates and handling administrative tasks related to recruitment, including travel arrangements and expense tracking. Responsibilities Represent Penn State Dickinson Law at a variety of recruiting events both virtually and in person including LSAC Forums, law and graduate school fairs, and private presentations for Pre-Law groups Communicate with prospective candidates as requested via email/phone and virtual platforms Complete various administrative tasks related to recruitment such as comparing travel costs, booking travel/preparing travel itineraries, and tracking travel expenses for reimbursement and reconciliation Skills Must be a member of the Class of 2026 Ability to represent Penn State Dickinson Law at recruiting events both virtually and in person Strong communication skills to interact with prospective candidates via email/phone and virtual platforms Ability to complete various administrative tasks related to recruitment such as comparing travel costs, booking travel/preparing travel itineraries, and tracking travel expenses for reimbursement and reconciliation Must have a valid driver's license Successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies Must be able to operate a motor vehicle as part of job duties Former Admissions Ambassadors are strongly encouraged to apply Recent graduates are welcome to apply Benefits All travel and meal per diem expenses in accordance with Penn State policy Company Overview There’s a reason Penn State consistently ranks among the top one percent of the world’s universities.
