The People & Culture Specialist will support the People & Culture team by contributing to talent management, development, and engagement programs, while implementing strategies that promote a culture of continuous learning and growth. Responsibilities Support and progressively take ownership of the weekly corporate new hire onboarding program Assist in the design, development, and delivery of training programs aligned with Asset Livingβs goals and objectives Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, location, and materials preparation Gather participant feedback and recommend improvements to continuously enhance programs Build relationships across the organization to support a positive employee experience and measurable business impact Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of training on employee performance and organizational outcomes Learn and develop proficiency in People & Culture technology platforms such as Greenhouse Onboarding, ChartHop, and Asset Engage Support mid-year and year-end performance review process in its entirety Research and recommend creative strategies to strengthen culture and employee engagement Collaborate with leaders to identify development and engagement opportunities across the organization Partner cross-functionally on projects and initiatives that streamline processes and elevate the People & Culture function Stay current on trends, tools, and best practices in people operations Skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communication, or a related field preferred, but not required. Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered 0-2 years of experience in people operations, HR, recruiting, or a related function Strong attention to detail and clear written and verbal communication skills Experience supporting or contributing to programs, events, or initiatives in a professional or academic setting Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment Strong organizational and project management skills Comfortable presenting to groups and facilitating conversations in a professional setting Proficiency in Microsoft Office; comfort working with data and basic reporting is a plus Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders Genuine curiosity about people and workplace culture, with a strong desire to learn and grow Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or other training platforms is a plus Company Overview Asset Living provides third-party property management services.
