National Veterinary Associates is one of the largest communities of veterinary hospitals in the world, and they are seeking a People Operations Coordinator to support their team during a temporary assignment. The role involves managing HR systems, responding to employee inquiries, and assisting with various People Operations projects. Responsibilities β’ Gain functional proficiency in core HR systems including Benefits Solver, ADP, Dayforce and Service Now (SNOW) β’ Manages ticket assignments in SNOW β’ Respond to inquiries on People policy and benefits inquiries from team members and escalate issues appropriately β’ Assists in the collection, processing, and HRIS entry of various People data β’ Participates in special projects and initiatives assigned to the People Operations team β’ Supports the onboarding/off-boarding processes as needed β’ Assists with ad-hoc reporting needs β’ Processes People department mail (including, but not limited to time-sensitive, unemployment claims) to appropriate locations Skills β’ Detail-oriented and adaptable professional β’ Ability to quickly learn processes β’ Effective communication across multiple channels β’ Tech-savvy β’ Ability to pivot quickly in a dynamic environment β’ Functional proficiency in core HR systems including Benefits Solver, ADP, Dayforce and Service Now (SNOW) β’ Manage ticket assignments in SNOW β’ Respond to inquiries on People policy and benefits inquiries from team members and escalate issues appropriately β’ Assist in the collection, processing, and HRIS entry of various People data β’ Participate in special projects and initiatives assigned to the People Operations team β’ Support the onboarding/off-boarding processes as needed β’ Assist with ad-hoc reporting needs β’ Process People department mail (including, but not limited to time-sensitive, unemployment claims) to appropriate locations β’ Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism at all times β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word β’ Willing to embrace change with a great attitude and be comfortable with a heavy volume of work β’ Customer service mindset with the ability to organize and prioritize with minimal guidance; work independently and meet deadlines β’ Strong oral and written communication skills and attention to detail β’ Self-motivated and able to work in a fully remote setting β’ 1-3 years of experience β’ High school degree required β’ Associate's degree β’ PHR or SHRM-CP Company Overview β’ At NVA General Practice, weβre on a mission to give every pet their best life.
