I am a UK-based founder preparing for a short-term relocation (30–60 days) and require a highly organised, English-speaking remote personal assistant to assist with relocation logistics and personal admin.
This will begin as a fixed-price project.
If completed to a high standard, this will turn into ongoing weekly work.
I operate at a high standard and value quality, organisation, discretion, and efficiency. I prefer premium, well-reviewed services and expect strong attention to detail.
This role is for someone who can think ahead, filter options intelligently, and present structured recommendations — not overwhelm me with too many choices.

You will:
- Research and shortlist 5 suitable 1-bedroom apartments in Marbella
- Budget: €2,000–€3,000 per month
- Quiet, secure area (no party zones)
- Modern, well-furnished interior
- Strong WiFi (must confirm with host)
- Dedicated desk/workspace
- Gym within 10–15 minutes
- Strong building and host reviews
You must:
- Create a clean comparison table
- Include pros and cons
- Include area notes
- Confirm WiFi speed and noise levels with at least 2 hosts
- Present only the top 3 strongest options
- Provide one clear recommendation and explain why
Quality over quantity is important.

If Successful – Ongoing Weekly Tasks May Include:
- Arranging weekly cleaner (highly rated, reliable)
- Setting up premium grocery delivery (high-quality meat and fresh produce)
- Researching high-quality meal prep services (clean ingredients, strong reviews)

- Travel research and booking
- Appointment scheduling (barber, physio, etc.)
- Weekly structured planning overview
- End-of-day task summaries
- Presenting options in a maximum of 3 choices with 1 clear recommendation
- Light personal admin
- Basic weekly expense overview
All services must have strong reviews and a professional reputation. I prefer fewer, higher-quality options rather than many average ones.
