Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Amerit Consulting is a fast-growing staffing and consulting firm that provides services to Fortune 500 companies. They are seeking a Pharma / Clinical Quality Assurance Analyst to create and submit adverse event and product complaint reports, conduct quality checks, and communicate with clinicians regarding reporting concerns. Responsibilities β’ Creating and submitting adverse event and product complaint reports from data documented within our patient management system β’ Conduct quality check (QC) of information, spelling, drug, manufacturer, and grammar included in the note β’ Communicating with clinicians regarding questions or concerns with the content or quality of adverse event reporting β’ Identify through the daily QC process and report any missing adverse events (AEs) and product complaints (PCs) to clinicians β’ Ensure that any identified missing reports have been submitted and accounted for β’ Maintain and submit weekly or monthly reconciliation reports to biopharma clients in accordance with client contracts β’ Assist clinical auditor in identifying trends or issues in adverse event reporting β’ Perform other duties as assigned Skills β’ Candidate must be authorized to work in USA without requiring sponsorship β’ Bachelor's degree or commiserate experience β’ Prior experience working in a Pharmacy setting β’ Oncology experience β’ Pharmacy technician or other clinical background β’ Competent in MS Excel spreadsheets β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills β’ Excellent organizational and time management skills β’ Competent in moderate to advanced computer skills β’ Multi-task oriented β’ Ability to effectively work with people β’ Conscientious with excellent attention to detail β’ Flexible and adaptable β’ Essential to be able to type rapidly and accurately both numerical and text data Company Overview β’ Amerit Consulting is a staffing and recruiting company that offers temporary staffing and payrolling services.
