Hiring ASAP: High-Ticket Phone Sales Closer (Remote)
Tamara Knight Photography is a luxury photography studio established in 2007, serving clients who value premium experiences and are ready to invest.
We generate consistent warm leads daily — no cold prospecting.
We are now hiring a high-performing phone sales closer who can confidently convert inquiries into booked and paid client.

- Key Responsibilities
- Conduct phone consultations with warm leads
- Close clients into booked portrait sessions
- Handle objections confidently and professionally
- Follow up with leads to maximize conversions
- Track activity and pipeline in CRM
- Consistently hit or exceed sales targets
- Required Experience (MUST HAVE)
- 2+ years of phone sales or inside sales experience
- Proven ability to close over the phone
- Experience handling objections and asking for payment
- Top Candidate Profile
- Strong closer — not an order taker
- Confident, persuasive, yet personable
- Highly competitive and results-driven
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to build trust quickly with diverse clients
