They are seeking a Platform Management Investment Coordinator to assist with digital media management and reporting across various platforms, ensuring campaigns are executed accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities Supporting campaign management, implementation and tracking across paid social, paid search, and programmatic Campaign setup, maintenance, and capturing ad examples Pulling, organizing, and reviewing performance reports Handling billing and invoice processes Partnering closely with teammates to flag issues, ask questions, and support campaign accuracy Skills Working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (tables and charts required; pivot tables and lookups a plus) Comfort with numbers and basic math Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks Proactive in asking questions and raising potential issues early Comfortable working in a dynamic remote, collaborative team environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Curious, kind, and open to learning new platforms, tools, and ways of working Company Overview An ad agency who believes in Respect and Results It was founded in 1986, and is headquartered in Santa Monica, California, USA, with a workforce of 501-1000 employees.
