OverviewAs a Client Experience Associate at Titan, you will be a key point of contact for investors during tax season, providing exceptional customer service and support.
In Short
 Respond to customer requests via chat and email
 Resolve customer issues and develop best practices
 Assist with KYC/AML operations and account onboarding
 Translate customer needs into recommendations for CX and engineering
 Work part-time, Monday-Thursday (27 hours/week)

Requirements
 2+ years in a Customer Experience/Service role
 Ability to handle challenging customer issues with empathy
 Skilled in troubleshooting technical issues
 Exceptional written and communication skills
 Familiarity with customer support platforms like Zendesk
