Responsibilities:
ΓΒ Helping customers by providing product and service information
ΓΒ Answer customer questions regarding their coverage
ΓΒ Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
ΓΒ Regularly review these agreements in an effort to develop a more cost-effective plan
Qualifications:
ΓΒ Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
ΓΒ Ability to build rapport with clients
ΓΒ Ability to prioritize and multitask
