Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Support Specialist to join the Flipkart team. This role offers the opportunity to work from home while supporting various administrative functions in a dynamic e-commerce environment. The successful candidate will assist with managing back-office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes, and contributing to the overall success of the business. You will be part of a collaborative team, where your skills will help enhance Flipkarts services and improve customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
 * Provide administrative and operational support to the back-office team.
 * Handle order processing, data entry, inventory management, and order tracking.
 * Resolve customer issues related to back-office operations, including returns, refunds, and order status.
 * Ensure timely processing and updating of customer data, including address details and payment information.
 * Collaborate with different teams to streamline internal processes and improve efficiency.
 * Prepare reports and documents as requested by senior management.
 * Assist in troubleshooting and resolving internal operational issues.
 * Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies regarding customer information and operations.
 * Monitor and ensure that service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.
 Required Skills and Qualifications:
 * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
 * Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

 * This is a full-time remote position with flexible working hours.
 * Must be available to work during core business hours, typically between 9 AM and 6 PM (Indian Standard Time).
