Who We Are Looking For
You should meet at least two of the following five criteria:
8+ years of professional experience in your industry, including 4+ years in senior leadership roles with a proven record of sector impact and deep insights.
At least 2 years of professional consulting experience within your field.
Experience serving 10+ unique clients of varying sizes and industries.
Successful delivery of 15+ consulting projects , either independently or as a lead consultant.
Authorship or co-authorship of 5+ industry-relevant articles, whitepapers, or case studies published in credible journals or industry platforms.
Now we are seeking highly experienced Labor Law and HR Management external consultants to support our client enterprises expanding overseas.
You will serve as adviser on employment law, HR compliance, workforce localization, and labor relations.
Responsibilities
Guide clients on local employment contracts, labor practices, and dispute resolution.
Advise on statutory benefits and social security.
Share practical insight on workforce management and cultural integration.
Address real-time issues (restructuring, mass hiring, workforce legality).
Requirements
Over 8 years of experience in HR, labor law, or industrial relations.
Strong understanding of employment acts and compliance.
Experience managing a cross-border labor force.
Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
Fluency in English and the local language.
Prior experience as an independent advisor is preferred.
