We are seeking a passionate, bi-lingual, self-driven, natural born sales person with a desire to make a difference in people's lives. As our newest insurance sales representative you will sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers. As a full-time sales representative you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows.
Salary: $30000.00 - $60000.00 per year
This is a remote position

Responsibilities
Β Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Β Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
Β Develop insurance'quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
Β Develop'ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
Β Prospecting and generating new business'through leads & referral sources.
Β Generating insurance quotes.
Β Provide'exceptional customer service.
Β Be outstanding at relationship building.
Β Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
Β Obtain prospects information such as name, address, vehicle information and enter into quote sheets.
Β Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
Β Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
Β Provide policies to new clients and explain benefits/risks of the policy
Requirements
Β Bi-lingual
Β Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Β Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Β Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Β Create relationships from a cold start.
Β Be a fantastic presenter.

Β Must have ability to multi-task.
Β Problem-Solving Capabilities.
Β Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
Β Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Β Be equipped with great listening and closing skills.
