About the positionCarlisle Medical is seeking a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative to join their team in Mobile, AL. This full-time remote position focuses on managing the prescription needs of injured workers, ensuring efficient and accurate service. The role involves working alternating weekends on a 4-day, 10-hour schedule, providing an opportunity to work from home during weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
ΓΒ Prepares, inputs and supports claimant profiles in pharmacy network.

ΓΒ Assists pharmacies in adjudication of claimant medications.

ΓΒ Coordinates and liaises with client adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure accurate assignment of medication benefits.

ΓΒ Supports client needs regarding requirements for claimant medications with reporting and data.
,
ΓΒ Manages and updates client and claimant information in multiple systems.
,
ΓΒ Answers questions from claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies regarding medications.
,
ΓΒ Adjusts to changing processes and needs of various clients.
,
ΓΒ Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
ΓΒ 3 years related customer service or telephonic experience and/or training preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

ΓΒ Proficient in the use of computers and multiple software systems.

ΓΒ Experienced in Microsoft Office.
,
ΓΒ Strong communication skills, including active listening and the ability to ask relevant questions.

ΓΒ Excellent written grammatical skills and understanding of proper telephone etiquette.
Nice-to-haves
