Role Description:
This role is for a talented and competitive, full-time telemarketing Call Center Representative who wants to start a career with a rapidly growing company. This role plays an important role in achieving our ambitious patient acquisition and revenue growth objectives by working as an outbound telemarketing Call Center Sales Representative.

Core Responsibilities:
ΓΒ Make outbound telemarketing calls to prospective patients
ΓΒ Make 300+ outbound calls daily and work to convert them to new patients
ΓΒ Understand patient needs and requirements and articulate Oak Street's unique proposition
ΓΒ Utilize sales skill sets including rapport building, active listening, communication, qualification questioning, overcoming objections, and closing
ΓΒ Understand Medicare Basics and insurance
ΓΒ Open to co
ΓΒ Schedule initial doctor's appointments with new patients and achieve daily/weekly/monthly quotas
ΓΒ Other duties, as assigned
What are we looking for?
ΓΒ Call center outbound sales experience and/or telemarketing
ΓΒ Comfortable in a base + bonus salary structure
ΓΒ Proficient in learning new technology and communication tools
ΓΒ Good attendance and time management skills are critical for success in this role
ΓΒ Experience working with, Salesforce.com, or similar CRM is preferred
ΓΒ Proficient with navigating multiple systems while speaking to prospects
ΓΒ Excellent listening and communication skills
ΓΒ Open to constructive feedback
ΓΒ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
ΓΒ Coachable and a desire to learn a new industry
ΓΒ High School diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree preferred
ΓΒ US work authorization

Sales Representatives are required to attend a mandatory 4-week training course, 8 am - 5:30 pm Monday through Friday. Trainees are required to attend each day of training, actively participate, and pass a series of exams to graduate training.
Sales center hours of operation are 5 am - 7 pm, Mon-Sat. Hours of operation are subject to change based on business needs.
