The role involves bridging the gap between customers, product teams, and the market, delivering technical pitches and guiding proof-of-concepts to ensure customer satisfaction and success. Responsibilities β€’ Deliver technical pitches and demos that turn curious prospects into enthusiastic customers. β€’ Guide proof-of-concepts from start to success, proving out measurable value and ROI. β€’ Act as the primary interface for our thousands of global users, collecting feedback and turning user insights into actionable improvements. β€’ Work side-by-side with new customers, ensuring smooth rollouts and immediate wins. Skills β€’ Experience in a technical, customer-facing role (solutions architect/engineer, engineering consultant, data engineer) within the data infrastructure ecosystem β€’ Strong data engineering background, especially with Snowflake enterprise applications β€’ Experience working on deals during both the pre-sales and post-sales phases β€’ Expertise in Snowflake, including SQL query optimization. (min 2 years) β€’ Startup Experience: Been at a Series A or B startup before? Perfectβ€”you know how to thrive in dynamic environments.
