ReSource Pro is a trusted partner in the insurance industry, seeking a meticulous Audit Reviewer to ensure the accuracy and quality of various audits. The role involves reviewing audits, providing feedback to auditors, and supporting their development to maintain audit integrity and improve operations. Responsibilities Review and validate Workers’ Compensation and General Liability audits for accuracy, compliance, and consistency Achieve individual productivity targets based on audit volume and timeliness Identify auditor trends or recurring issues and share insights to inform training adjustments Maintain accountability for accurate and timely audit reviews Apply manual rules and state-specific standards (e.g., WCIRB, PAAS) using internal systems such as Nexus and the resource library Provide constructive feedback and mentoring to auditors to reduce repeat errors and support professional growth Manage assigned audit queues, meet production goals, and complete urgent or overflow reviews as needed Collaborate with Field Support, QA, and leadership teams to identify training opportunities and support continuous process improvement Promote teamwork, professionalism, and a positive, solution-oriented culture Skills High School diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of premium insurance audit experience in Worker's Compensation and/or General Liability required A strong understanding of premium audit processes and procedures Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in MS Office Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks; detail-oriented and accurate Positive and proactive attitude Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities A strong understanding of audit processes and procedures WCIRB Certification preferred Working knowledge of PAAS, NCCI, WCIRB, and Nexus (Preferred) Benefits 100% paid employee health insurance available on Day 1 Eligible for all medical, dental, and vision benefits on Day 1 Remote positions are Internet stipend-eligible 401k with employer match, vested on Day 1 HSA/FSA available Long Term and short-term disability employer-provided Generous PTO plan with paid holidays + floating holidays Development and growth opportunities Comprehensive wellness program and prioritization of employee health Company Overview We help insurance organizations thrive in disruptive times It was founded in undefined, and is headquartered in St Petersburg, Florida, US, with a workforce of 1001-5000 employees.
