They are seeking a Principal Project Manager who will be responsible for coordinating and completing projects, providing subject matter expertise, and ensuring project completion on time and within scope.

- Skills
- Experience leveraging AI tools in the software development (or product) lifecycle in order to improve quality and efficiency
- 5+ years of demonstrated Project Management experience
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to effectively influence people and build strong relationships, in order to accomplish the project goals
- Advanced project management abilities in the execution of the 5 stages of project management: Initiation, Planning Execution, Monitor and Control, Closeout. Be able to articulate this ability with relevant work experience
- Demonstrated facilitation and project management experience for complex technical projects or programs
- Experience with development and reporting of project costs, and project financial analysis
- Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Microsoft Project, Visio and Access
- 3+ years of Leadership experience
- Strong time-management skills
- Good organization skills and the ability to balance projects of varying complexity simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Have the ability to facilitate and negotiate consensus around project and/or product goals
- Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to present, persuade and provide professional presentations to both internal and external Customers
- Bachelor's Degree in Software, Business, Engineering or related discipline with an emphasis in Project Management. Equivalent combination of education, experience and/or applicable military experience will be considered
- Experience with large scale technology implementation projects including custom software development and/or third party software integrations
- Project Management experience within Agile Scrum
- National Career Readiness Certificate
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Military or Government contract project experience
