They are seeking interns to support live deal flow across various tasks including financial analysis and competitive assessments. Responsibilities • Contribute to deal origination through market mapping, outreach research, and pipeline development • Support preliminary financial analysis, EBITDA normalization, and valuation benchmarking • Assist with operator and competitive assessments within targeted metros • Maintain CRM, deal tracking, and internal reporting materials • Support diligence workstreams, including document organization and dataroom build-out Skills • Demonstrate analytical rigor • Strong proficiency in Excel or bolthires Sheets • Clear written communication • Disciplined execution • Availability ranges from 10 to 40 hours per week • Interest in M&A, private equity, or corporate development Company Overview • It was founded in undefined, and is headquartered in, with a workforce of 2-10 employees.
