Job Description
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. INSPYR Solutions is a national expert in delivering flexible technology and talent solutions, and they are seeking a Process and Reporting Business Analyst to support the delivery of the New gTLD Program. The role involves developing and optimizing processes and tools for program management and governance, as well as collaborating to create reporting templates and tools for program status and metrics.
- Responsibilities
- Support the Program Leadership Team in the governance and reporting processes within the program
- Support ICANN subject matter experts in assessment of evaluation issues for escalation through governance processes, including drafting of problem statement, resolution options and documentation of work completed to date to resolve issues
- Develop processes and detailed procedures to document ways of working, where current gaps in process documentation exist
- Develop tools to support efficient and effective execution of team activities, in alignment with larger system capabilities to ensure streamlined delivery of processes
- Assess and become fluent with governance processes and ICANN internal ways of working to support the development of streamlined processes
- Provide coordination and tracking of reporting activities across the program, ensuring consistency of metrics and reporting
- Manage the overall metrics and reporting requirements documentation across the program and track metrics included in various reports
- Develop reports, dashboards, and other reporting tools needed to support the requirements of the program
- Coordinate and communicate effectively across multiple project teams and functions to support delivery of processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations
- Skills
- US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in US
- Bachelor's degree and minimum of 3 years of experience in a business analyst role
- Experiencing assessing, designing, and optimizing business processes
- Fluency, both written and spoken, in English is required
- Experience as a business analyst on a large technology or business transformation project is preferred where process assessment and documentation were part of the role
- Consulting experience in a BA role is preferred, with multiple clients that demonstrates ability to quickly learn new processes and ways of working
- Familiarity with process optimization methodologies such as Kizan, Lean, Six-Sigma, Business Process reengineering, Total Quality Management, SIPOC, etc. is preferred
- Experience as a data analyst or reporting business analyst, with familiarity on how to gather reporting requirements, assess reporting business rules, and design reports and dashboards
- Experience with business user driven reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Experience with Smartsheet is not required, but is preferred
- Experience working in global companies across multiple countries, cultures and time zones is preferred
- Fluency in any other language is a plus
