Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ladders is seeking a Procurement Manager-business Development Support to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. You’ll play a key role delivering outcomes for customers and stakeholders by collaborating cross-functionally and taking ownership of priorities.
- Responsibilities
- Lead Procurement Supply Chain strategies on business development pursuits and proposals
- Oversee sourcing lifecycle, including drafting RFIs/RFQs and managing supplier negotiations
- Analyze suppliers and develop sourcing strategies that meet regulatory compliance and customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate procurement solutions into proposals
- Communicate supply chain risks and mitigation strategies during proposal evaluations
- Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7-10 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or subcontract management, particularly in aerospace and defense
- Experience managing supply chain activities on large-scale government proposals
- Strong understanding of government acquisition processes and RFP compliance standards
- Expertise in FAR/DFARS regulations and government contract requirements
