They are seeking a highly skilled Aviation Program Manager to oversee airport projects and programs, ensuring they meet budget, timeline, and quality standards while coordinating with various stakeholders. Responsibilities β’ Develop and manage airport programs and projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet budget, timeline, and quality standards. β’ Coordinate with various departments, including operations, maintenance, security, and customer service, to ensure seamless program implementation. β’ Liaise with external stakeholders, including airlines, government agencies, contractors, and vendors, to facilitate project progress and resolve issues. β’ Monitor and report on program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. β’ Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in airport operations and project management. β’ Prepare and present regular updates and reports to senior management and other stakeholders. β’ Manage program budgets, resources, and schedules effectively to achieve project goals. β’ Lead and mentor a team of project managers and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
