They are seeking a Project Controls Assistant to support project managers and control specialists in ensuring project success through effective setup and management of project documentation and data entry tasks. Responsibilities Help ensure our projects are set up for success from day one Working closely with project managers and control specialists to keep everything running smoothly Setting up new projects in Deltek Vantagepoint Adding phases to existing projects Making sure billing terms are clearly defined and accurate Ensuring project managers submit the right documentation Stepping in as a backup when needed Assisting with project planning and closeout activities Collaborating regularly with project managers, engineers, and finance teams Handling various data entry tasks to keep project records sharp and up to date Skills 1-3 years of experience in database management or project administration Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities An associate's degree or bachelor's degree in business administration, project management or a related field Experience using Deltek Vantagepoint Knowledge of Microsoft Project and Power BI Familiarity with project controls tools such as scheduling, cost management, and reporting software Benefits Generous paid time off 401(k) with company match Tuition reimbursement Flexible work schedules Company-sponsored medical Dental Vision Voluntary life Disability Critical illness Accident and hospitalization plans HSA or FSA medical accounts FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts Discretionary bonus as determined by the company Company Overview EN Communications is a sector of ENTRUST Solutions Group.
