Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a Project Coordinator/Specialist to support the Social team at DoorDash. The role involves moderating video submissions, managing creator relationships, and ensuring quality assurance in content while maintaining timely communication with program participants.

Responsibilities

Application Review: Review applicant profiles and portfolios to ensure alignment with DoorDash’s brand voice and community standards
Creator Relations & Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for program participants, managing the team inbox to provide timely, professional correspondence regarding onboarding, technical support, and program updates
Content Quality Assurance: Moderate video submissions, assessing content against community guidelines and quality benchmarks
Strategic Sourcing: Conduct targeted lead generation to identify high-potential creators, building robust pipelines that support the expansion of the social commerce ecosystem
Team Feedback: Document trends and potential issues encountered in the above processes and partner with the team to create solutions for improvement
Content Savvy: Basic familiarity with short-form video platforms and what makes a video "high-quality" or "engaging" to a modern audience

Skills

High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
1-3 years' experience in customer relationship management, social media management, or content moderation preferred
Must be comfortable using Google Sheets, Slack, and Gmail
Strong communication skills and ability to ask questions clearly and concisely
Possess a high-level of focus and attention to detail
Comfortable with potentially repetitive tasks while constantly raising the bar of quality of output
Able to work across multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and quality standards
Interest and excitement about food and/or content creation is a plus
The team works east coast hours
