Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Blue Bridge People is seeking a Project Manager to lead the execution of small- to mid-size controls and automation projects. This role involves managing scope, budget, and schedule while coordinating resources and ensuring timely deliverables and accurate reporting.

    Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and documentation
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, field services, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Lead project meetings, track action items, and provide status, risk, and financial reporting
  • Serve as main point of contact for customers; manage expectations on scope, cost, and schedule
  • Support installation and commissioning activities as needed
  • Collaborate with Sales on scoping, estimates, and project definition
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction
    Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 4–7 years of project management experience in automation, industrial, or construction environments
  • Familiarity with controls and electrical project lifecycles
  • Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, and project reporting tools
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Travel: Up to 25–30% for site visits and customer meetings
